Leigh and Lewis held the most beautiful wedding at St Audries Park in the Quantock Hills of Somerset. St Audries Park is known for its famous Victorian Orangery and grand ballroom, set in exclusive grounds for wedding guests to enjoy over the weekend.

Wedding Colour Palette

This couple was inspired by soft pastel tones and wanted to achieve a cohesive look and feel throughout the entire wedding. The colour palette consisted of soft and romantic lilacs, blush pinks and neutral creams.

The bridesmaids wore soft and pretty lilac dresses with matching bridal bouquets. We created a vibrant textured bridal bouquet oozing romance which complimented the colour palette to perfection.

Ceremony & Reception Wedding Flowers at St Audries Park

A bright floral meadow lined the aisle in The Orangery and was later repurposed for the wedding breakfast. Using both high riser arrangements and low pretty urns for the tablescape, helped to create depth in the ballroom, matched with a pink water glass to give the table a perfect pop of colour.

Wedding Flowers

The florals smelt simply amazing, a wide range of flowers were used including: Avalanche roses, Quicksand, O’ Hara, Sweet Avalanche and Memory Lane roses, veronica, larkspur, astilbe, stocks, hydrangea, lisianthus, spray roses, sweet peas, scabious, delphinium, larkspur, flowering mint soft ruscus and eucalyptus.

“The flowers were absolutely breathtaking, everybody couldn’t believe how beautiful they were. They were amazing!”

Enjoy browsing this beautiful wedding, it’s certainly a wedding to remember. I can’t wait to work at St Audries Park again this Summer for lots of beautiful weddings. Looking for more wedding inspiration? Have a browse of Daisy Lane Floral Design real weddings on the blog.
