This gorgeous wedding took place at Kingscote Barn in Gloucestershire nestled upon the scenic Cotswolds Hills. Kingscote Barn is a beautiful restored 17th century stone building bursting with history yet full of modernisation. A wedding venue of dreams for photographers and videographers, as the sheer number of breath-taking photography opportunities available.

Wedding Colour Palette

Nicki and Tom wanted to create a splash of colour and designed the most enchanting floral arrangements with peaches, bright oranges, and deeper burgundy tones, paired with creams and foliage.

The flowers used included Quicksand roses, dahlia, hypericum berries, eryngium thistle, antirrhinum, amaranthus, bunny tails, kangaroo paw, waxflower, scabious seed head, chocolate cosmos, copper beach, soft ruscus, echinop, pheasant feathers and eucalyptus.

Bridal Party

The beautiful bride wore a pretty floral crown consisting of creams, greenery and a hint of burgundy berry. All of the florals matched the bride’s bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets to perfection. Nicki wanted her bridal party to all to have a different style of bridesmaid bouquet, keen for them to all look different whilst still matching the overall look and style of the wedding. The bridesmaids all wore mismatched bridesmaid dresses in an array of different colours.

The Ceremony Flowers at Kingscote Barn

Small bud vases of flowers filled the guest reception areas creating a welcoming and enchanting entrance. The ceremony was hosted in the grand and graceful barn at Kingscote Barn with historic beams and wooden features. A large foliage arrangement was the key focal point of the ceremony barn with two colourful floral urns on either side of the registrar’s table.

Oh, and let’s not forget the couple’s chocolate dog who stole the show!

“Emily is so talented and kind. The floral displays for my wedding in October just blew me away. Emily was so patient with my ideas, and what she produced was better than anything I imagined. I cannot recommend her enough.”
