I’m so excited to share the first blog post of 2023 of a beautiful and classic wedding design at Easington Park.

Lauren and Joshua hosted their beautiful wedding celebration at Easington Park in Gloucestershire in the South West of England. Easington Park is an exclusive-use wedding venue, perfect for couples planning to marry in the English countryside and looking to host a whole wedding weekend of celebrations. Guests are blown away driving up the perfectly placed tree-lined drive and greeted with this stunning Grade II Georgian Manor that awaits them. Easington Park is one of the most beautiful and iconic wedding venues located on the border of Gloucestershire and Somerset. Easington Park also has 33 bedrooms, meaning all your loved ones can stay locally and celebrate your wedding in style.

Wedding Colour Palette

Lauren opted for a classic, elegant and feminine colour palette of whites, creams, and soft pinks that eased romance and beauty. The flowers consisted of Sweet Avalanche, Avalanche, Quicksand and O’Hara roses, lisianthus, astilbe, sweet peas, delphiniums, stocks, peonies, spray roses, veronica, eucalyptus and olive foliage.

Bridal Bouquet

I created the prettiest structured bridal bouquet that perfectly matched the lace bridal gown and peachy pink bridesmaid dresses. For the bridesmaid’s bouquets,I used eucalyptus and soft ruscus foliage that created an organic look and feel. Please can we also take a moment to admire the beauty of the Bridal Suite, also known as the Honeymoon Suite at Easington Park.

Wedding Flowers at Easington Park

As guests enter the stunning 18th-century manor house at Easington Park, they are greeted with a grand and graceful staircase. I created a floral staircase design cascading into a floral meadow with the dreamiest roses, sweet peas, stocks and foliage. A romantic atmosphere was created with lanterns and glass cylinder candle holders that were elegantly nestled within the floral designs.

Large floral urns framed the registrar’s table with a delicate floral runner in the centre of the ceremony table. The delicate pink roses complemented the blush pink chair styling colours to create a perfectly matched look and feel. The large floral urns were later repurposed during the wedding breakfast. This helps to maximise the floral budget whilst ensuring as can reuse and repurpose as many wedding flowers as possible.

The Wedding Breakfast

The wedding breakfast was hosted in the beautiful ballroom with large ceiling-to-floor windows. This is a wedding florist’s dream as we love working with lovely natural light. Lauren wanted to create a pretty yet simplistic design for the tablescapes. I added lots of candles and pretty blooms to further add to a romantic atmosphere.

It was a pleasure to create the wedding flowers for Lauren and Joshua’s romantic English wedding at Easington Park.
